The normal concentric butterfly valve is using in the application below pressure PN25 and temperature 120℃.

When the pressure is higher, the soft material can not withstand the pressure and cause damage. In such case, metal seated butterfly valve should be applied. NSEN butterfly valve could provide a valve solution for high pressure high temperature application.

Laminated Stainless steel plate with graphite sealing, graphite packing outside the stem, no soft material used in valve. Remove the all soft material could expand the temperature range of valve. Cooling fin betwen the top flange and actuator will also protect the gear box from damage of high temperature.

NSEN unique laminated sealing with renewable design can bearing the pressure from preferred side and non-preferred side to be what we call ” Bi-directional Sealing”. The sealing performance could reach A class as per ISO 5208.
