NSEN has prepared 2 sets of valves, including 150LB and 600LB valves, and both have passed the fire test.

Therefore, the API607 certification currently obtained can completely cover the product line, from pressure 150LB to 900LB and size 4″ to 8″ and larger.

There are two types of fire safety certification: API6FA and API607. The first one is used for API 6A standard valves, and the second one is specifically used for 90-degree operating valves such as butterfly valves and ball valves.

According to the API607 standard, the tested valve needs to burn in a flame of 750℃~1000℃ for 30 minutes, and then perform 1.5MPA and 0.2MPA tests when the valve is cooled.

After completing the above tests, another operational test is required.

Valve can pass the test Only when measured leakage is within the standard scope for all above test.
